Circle Y Saddles
Circle Y began saddle manufacturing in 1960 in the small Texas town of Yoakum. With a vision to build the finest products possible, founder Leland Tucker, created Circle Y from the ground up. The company continued to be family operated until 2000. In 2003, under new ownership, Circle Y has rekindled its founder’s commitment to be the world’s leader in product design, innovation and quality.
50 Years
Circle Y celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2010 and is one of the most recognizable brands in the industry. Circle Y has a long standing reputation for building quality saddles for a variety of western horse disciplines. Using modern technology and the traditional art of saddle making, they bring an unparalleled level of craftsmanship, innovation and quality to the products. Circle Y Saddles are found in every horse venue from the show ring to the trail. Roping, barrel racing, cutting, reining, ranch, trail, cowboy mounted shooting, and show saddles are made with the highest level of craftsmanship and design. Circle Y’s patented original Flex-Lite® Tree Technology has led the industry in saddle fit innovation for the horse.
FLEX LITE SADDLES
In 1998, the original Flex-Lite® design revolutionized the saddle world. The flexible bars provided a level of conformity and support that maximized comfort and performance for both the horse and rider. While the entire saddle industry has been trying to imitate this original design, in 2007 Circle Y took it to another level with Flex2®, featuring the Precision Flex2® tree. The Precision Flex2® tree will never fold in half because of the built in groundseat to give you a perfectly comfortable seat, the high-density bars provide weight distribution and rigidity under the ground seat, and the low density bars rest against the horse and provide some give for horse’s freedom of movement and fits a wider range of horses. Flex2® trees are available in saddles for barrel racing, trail riding, reining, cowboy mounted shooting, show, and gaited breeds.
